Our fully en suite hotel is located on the Promenade, close to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterworld and South Pier - in one of the best seafront locations for family holidays in Blackpool.

We have 9 free car parking spaces on the hotel forecourt.

The sun lounge, licensed bar and 6 of our bedrooms enjoy panoramic views over Blackpools illuminations, Golden Sands and our glorious sunsets over the Irish Sea.

The Hotel is within easy walking distance of Blackpool Tower, Central Pier, Winter Gardens and all the town centre attractions by day and night.

We are on the Golden Mile so catch a tram, bus or landau right outside the South Crest and enjoy the 5 miles of Blackpools famous illuminations. All year you can ride on the trams
to Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

We welcome families with children of all ages, couples and senior citizens. Mixed groups are welcome, by advance registration only. (Sorry no stags and hens.) One night bookings accepted subject to availability.

The Hotel occupies a premier position on Blackpool's South promenade. We are within a few minutes walk of the Sandcastle Leisure complex, Pleasure Beach and Ocean Boulevard Shopping Complex. Theatres, Night Life and Shops are all within easy reach.

The hotel has nearly 30 en suited rooms all of which are central heated for your comfort. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities as well as colour televisions. Some rooms at the front have stunning views across the coastline and many of these rooms are family rooms. We have some ground floor rooms for those who require easy acess to their rooms. We also have singles, doubles, twins , triples and quad rooms.

In our bar lounge we have some lovely furniture. The bar is well stocked at all times and there is a pool table to the left of the room as well as a few children's games. We have a quieter room to the front with a guest television in. This is most relaxing room and extremely popular when it is sunny.

Our Dining room is on the ground floor and can serve breakfasts in one sitting commencing from 9.00. Evening meals are always available for those who prefer full board.

We are a friendly family run hotel in the best location Blackpool has to offer.

This extremely popular promenade Hotel is situated on the promenade mid-way between Central and South Piers.

Our location is such that you may leave your car on our car park, yet still be within easy walking distance of Blackpool's main attractions i.e The Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water World and all three piers.

Trams and buses stop right opposite the hotel.

All our rooms are en suited and are of a good size. All rooms have a modern colour television and have tea/coffee making facilities. Each bedroom offers comfort and warmth.

We have some stunning views from our lounge area. All furniture is very comfortable and many of our guests just love to sit in the sun lounge area and watch the time go by overlooking the promenade. We have a large bar area which can cater for a big function. The bar is well stocked and bar snacks can be purchased there also. We put on lots of entertainment using some top quality agents(these artists will be displayed in the foyer).

We have a good size car park and we don't charge for the duration of your stay.

Dining is a speciality at our hotel. We only use the freshest produce bought locally. Breakfasts are served from 9.00 am.
