We are a friendly family run hotel in the best location Blackpool has to offer.

We are situated on the promenade between the central and south piers, adjacent to the Pleasure Beach, Waterworld complex, amusements, local markets, bars and eateries.

We are situated in the Central Promenade district which is just perfect for everything in Blackpool. Even though the tram stop is across the road there is no reason why any of the town's attractions cannot be walked to.

All our rooms are en suited and everyone is of a good size. Our most famous room is on the ground floor which sleeps 5 and is sea facing. This room is very popular as not only is it a huge room but it also has big windows which just capture the splendour of the Irish Sea and beyond. Each bedroom has all the usual facilities you come to expect from a first class establishment.

We pride ourselves on our premier service and you will find nothing is ever too much trouble.

We provide super breakfasts which are served from 9.00 am. The Dining room is full of character and you certainly won't be disappointed with the standard of food. By using the very best produce around we are confident you will find our Dining a very pleasurable experience.

The hotel has some fantastic views of the facing Irish sea. Many of our spacious rooms are sea facing and these rooms come at a little bit extra cost(please see price chart). We accommodate families and couples but don't accept hen or stag groups. We have 2 lovely ground floor rooms for those who are not too good on their feet. The hotel sit's proudly on the North Promenade and boasts some of the best views Blackpool has to offer. All the town's attractions can be walked to including the Nightlife, Restaurants and shops. For those who prefer to use public transport the tram stop is straight across the road.

The hotel has quality plastered all over it with each room decorated to a high standard. The hotel has a grand feel to it and relaxation and comfort is assured.
