From the moment you enter the hotel you are assured of a warm and friendly atmosphere, your comfort is the personal concern of the resident propietors.

The proprietors pride themselves on their high standard of cleanliness and excellent home cooking presented with care and attention. Guests have access to the hotel and their rooms at all times.

Lounge Bar - Large Bar Lounge with comfortable seating, where guests are able to relax and meet new and old friends in comfort. There is a games room with pool table, video games. Cards, dominoes etc. Entertainment during High season (numbers permitting).

We have 24 bedrooms of which 23 have their own private facilities, which comprise of family, double, twin and single. All with colour TVs and tea/coffee facilities, full central heating. Breakfast 9am, Evening Meal 5pm. Please note that there is no evening meal available on Fridays during the Illuminations.

Situated in one of the best parts of Blackpool between South and Central Piers, just 20 yds off the Promenade, and minutes away from the Sandcastle, Pleasure Beach, Tower World, Town Centre and all amenities.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm, while check-out is 10:00 am on your day of departure.
